The month of October hosted many mulitple day charters and Mark Fiebig and his party was the first of them.  This group were definitely the most experienced and serious fishermen that Phil has ever had the pleasure to fish with.  The STRIKE ONE was their choice and although they had reserved 5 days, the last was cancelled because of a threatening hurricaine.  The 'hurricaine' did not produce a drop of rain, the sun shone all day and the seas were mirror calm, but ya never know.  Day one resulted in this very nice Marlin plus a couple of Sails.  In the next few days, a number of Dorado, more Sails, another Marlin and several Yellowfin tuna were caught. 

Mark truly impressed Phil with his 'Lunar Tide and Table' book.  The fishermen here do not really understand the Lunar schedule, they are always aware of the moon cycles and tides but have yet to master it.  Mark called the time on everyone of the bites for each fish that we caught.  Vinnie, George, Don and Mark hail from Chicago and fish together every chance that they get.  The Captain and crew of the STRIKE ONE and Phil in PV feel that they learned a great deal from this group and we all hope that they will visit Puerto Vallarta again soon.
