Ed and Melanie Morrison from Utah run a well-known river rafting service on the Green River and they feel that personal recreation is very important. So, 4 days on the YOLARAY was the order and they set out for some good fishing. La Corbeteņa was the choice for the first day and they landed 2 Sailfish and a nice Dorado. Day two was another matter. This party was so kind to as to invite 'Yours Truly' (who NEVER gets to go fishing) along. It was one of those days that we usually do not mention, but to be honest, not everyday in Puerto Vallarta produces trophy catches. This was certainly not for lack of trying. The mate, did everything but dive in and try to catch something with his bare hands.

Phil in PV could barely get out of bed the next day, but such is fishing, otherwise it would be called 'Catching'. And, you can bet that I am destined to sit infront of this computer forever. Fishermen are so superstisious and this was likely Debbie's last fishing trip for a long time.

Ed and Melanie spent a 3rd and 4th day of fishing, the 3rd produced two Blue Marlin and the last day they released a Black Marlin and a Sailfish and landed 3 Tuna. It is great for us to host a couple that truly loves to fish and we hope that they return to Vallarta for years to come. If you are interested in a super river rafting adventure on the Green River in Utah, check out Ed and Melanie's site. (as soon as they send us the URL)
